Service Description

Your initial visit will begin with a review of your medical and dental history followed by a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums in order to create a treatment plan that is customized to your unique oral needs. Your examination will include an oral cancer screening, PH saliva testing, digital pictures, recording of periodontal pockets and soft tissue. We then use hand instruments and or an ultrasonic scaler to gently break up the tartar and plaque that build up below the gum line. Teeth are then polished with airflow high-pressure spray or a polishing paste. We will review your home care techniques so that future cleanings will be effortless. Your appointment commences with hot towel service and soothing gum massage with your choice of essential oils. Note: A $30 comprehensive evaluation will be billed for all first-time visits.
